Company Background

The Kudrle Company was founded in 1992 by brothers Milan and Miroslav Kudrle. It is a manufacturing and mechanical engineering company specializing in metalworking production to order. The company specializes in manufacturing smaller parts from brass, steel and stainless steel, machined in large-series production and also in special single-part production according to up-to-date customer requirements.Currently the company has 15 employees with a professional structure matching its manufacturing requirements. All operations are carried out by experienced, qualified and continuously retrained personnel

In accordance to the customer’s requirements, we are capable of working on calculations and design programmes for automatic lathes, submitting price and manufacturing calculations, and providing professional consultations aimed at finding the best solution for our customers.

Our main customers are domestic and foreign manufacturers of fancy goods, engineering firms and the automobile industry. We execute all our orders in due time as agreed, at agreed prices, and to the best quality standards..

As evidence of the manufacturing quality at Kudrle Company, we have implemented the Quality Management System to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 Standards. These standards guarantees that the product supplied by our company complies with the relevant regulations, standards, and above all, with the requirements of our customers.

For reasons of manufacturing capabilities expansion a new multipurpose production hall has been built, it is located near the city České Budějovice in the town Lišov.

We speak Czech, English, German, French and Spanish.

Quality Policy

With the view to improve the capabilities, in order to be more competitive, the management of the company KUDRLE s. r. o. has decided to build up and to maintain an effective Quality Management System according to the ISO 9000: 2008 Standards.

The continual improvement of the quality standard of our products and services is of the utmost importance for assuring a long-term prosperity with regard to the internal interests of the company and the interests of our customers.

The company management is committed to implement, maintain and improve the quality system and the quality of the production, and bears responsibility for the professional skill of its employees and their effective engagement in the quality system and undertakes to:

• Identify and analyze the current and future needs of our customers and thus meet those requirements (according to the principle “Our Customer – our Master”)
• Demonstrate a functional and documented Quality system, to prove that we are capable to meet all requirements agreed upon in the concluded agreements by which we will secure a steady level of all processes by the quality assurance
• Orientate consequently the whole company and all its employees to the requirements of our customers
• Create a working environment which will positively influence the fulfillment of the quality requirements
• Stress to all employees the importance of quality with regard to the product, that they manufacture
• Make use and improve all knowledge, capabilities and skills of the company employees for the quality management and for their working activity
• Implement and develop the Quality Management System according to the ISO 9000: 2008 Standards
• Create mutually beneficial relations with our suppliers
• Abide by all respective laws in the entrepreneurial areas

All employees bear responsibility for the fulfillment of the Quality Policy in all its aspects. With their personal approach and behavior they induce their co-workers to reach the quality goals and they continuously support the improvement within the quality assurance process. Once a year the management of the company KUDRLE s. r. o. will discuss and evaluate the progress being reached during the implementation of this policy in connection with the appropriate goals. This quality policy must be promoted in such a way that every employee can acquire it.
